The Sterile Feral Foundation: An organization based in Bloomington/Normal Illinois, devoted to the humane control of the cat population. An extremely important active community based organization. Sterile Feral Meetings are the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 6:30pm at the Coffeehouse in Normal.

Alley Cat Allies: Founded in 1990, Alley Cat Allies is part of an international effort working to promote, foster, and develop humane, non-lethal programs for feral and stray cats. The goal is to reduce the number of feral and stray cats through sterilization programs.
